Art + Soul Therapy: I work one-on-one with adults in Fernandina Beach, Florida. In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I use experiential forms of therapy by incorporating art & journaling into my practice.
Clients working with me are committed to Soul Work. Soul Work is an introspective look into oneself with the goal of discovering the "Authentic Self." With more inner clarity, we come to know & design a life that emphasizes our unique gifts & strengths while developing a sense of meaning & purpose. In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I use experiential forms of therapy by incorporating art & journaling into my practice. Though talk therapy is helpful, sometimes in exploring ourselves we may find parts that go beyond verbal articulation. This is where expression & symbolism can provide a voice that verbal communication cannot.
