About me
I am a professional Licensed Mental Health Therapist with over 20 years of experience. I have dedicated over 20 years to helping teens, young adults and adults cope with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, School and peer issues, as well as adjusting to all the changes in life since Covid-19. I specialize in working with Hispanic and African American High School aged teens who derive from inner cities and low income homes who are dealing with all the circumstances that come along with the environment they live in. I have experience working with teens in residential treatment both DCF and DYS.
My goal is to work collaboratively with my clients as they are the masters of their lives. Therapy is a collaborative venture between the therapist and client. Together we can problem solve any issues and resolve your concerns and enhance your life.
