About me
I am a registered associate MFT in California and had worked in the mental health field for more than 10 years in Taiwan. With an Asian culture background, I can also speak Mandarin and Taiwanese, and I am familiar with the challenges the immigration families may have in the U.S.
My goal is to assist those who may be experiencing self-doubt, self-criticism, and the trauma from their family-of-origin. I can help you deal with the suffering in all kinds of toxic relationships, or to improve your communication and connection with your loved ones.
My clients always describe me as clam and warm. You will have a safe and reliable space here, feeling being understood and accepted, and find your best way to move on.
Life is not always full of honey and roses. Sometimes life is so hard, and we need a professional to help us. Just call for help and change can happen!
