I am an experienced Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with adult individuals helping them cope with anxiety, stress, depression and many other struggles life can bring. I work with couples to help them better navigate conflict and grow in their relationship.

I received my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary's University in 2012. I have a variety of both professional and life experience that I bring to my practice. I have training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness based strategies. Additionally, I have been fortunate to experience living in various countries, that have allowed me to have a wide variety of experiences, learning about relationships with others and my own relationship with myself.
My practice offers the convenience of meeting 100% online. I am also private pay, and can work with Out of Network insurance benefits, which allows me to work collaboratively with clients to tailor treatment to their specific needs. I believe you are the expert of you, and I am here to walk alongside you for a time of healing and growth.
