I offer Unflappable Hope for you. I have a passion for counseling and a heart for people struggling through life. Sometimes it’s hard to find a therapist that you connect with and that you feel can “handle” your story. Together, I would love to journey with you to make sense of your story and the struggles you are grappling with. I am hoping that as we work together, you will feel more calm, settled, and healthy and that you will walk away from each session with Unflappable Hope for yourself.

I am an Enneagram 7 and I love the outdoors. As a licensed therapist, I have been trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities to diagnose, treat, and educate clients and most importantly to create a safe place for you to navigate your journey authentically. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, a history of trauma, grief, marriage conflicts, battling with low self-esteem or just need someone to hold space for you to process life’s issues, my goal is to provide you with compassion, guidance, and Unflappable Hope.
I use a person-centered approach in therapy combined with CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectal Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and IFS (Internal Family Systems). There are many great therapists to choose from in Colorado Springs. It’s important that you feel comfortable and safe with the one you choose to share your story and embark on the path to healing and hope.
