I am an experienced psychotherapist who has been practicing for over 20 years. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and professional environment in which you can heal and grow. My approach is individualized to meet the needs of each client.

I currently do all of my sessions through telehealth. I have received training in the following areas:

Play Therapy Jungian Sand Tray Therapy

I have a particular interest in working with dreams. I have participated in a dream group for over 20 years and continue to do ongoing training through Pacifica Graduate Institute.
Although I worked for many years with children I no longer work with children under the age of 14. It does not seem appropriate to work with younger children on telehealth. My work with children was enjoyable and valuable to me as a therapist. I think working with children gives us a better understanding of the difficulties we have in our adult life.
