My therapy approach is culturally-sensitive. I respect, validate, and accept your culture, choices, and life experiences as a unique individual. I use person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and system theory as tools to help accomplish your therapy goals. I am trained in and practicing EMDR, which is an effective and powerful tool to help clients moving past traumas as well as modifying their maladaptive core beliefs.
