About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that works with children, teens, and adults with symptoms of anxiety, depression, conflict resolution, relationship skills, and behavioral issues.
I received a bachelors in Psychology at University of Phoenix and a Masters in Professional Counseling through Grand Canyon University. Over 16 years of experience in working with children and their families with healthy communication, healthy relationships, parent/child interaction, cognitive restructuring, and conflict resolution. An eclectic and integrated approach to therapy is used within this practice. The focus is the strength based approach with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
