About me
I have extensive experience in treating people that have suffered from trauma. I primarily work with first responders such as firefighters, paramedics, police, hospital staff, and active and retired military and their families.
Thank you for taking the first step in your journey toward living your best life. Therapy with a knowledgeable and caring professional can positively impact your life satisfaction. While it is inevitable that many people experience emotional distress such as depression, anxiety, trauma, confusion, or hopelessness at some point, you're not alone, and I would like to invite you on a journey of self-realization and healing. Effective psychotherapy can be enlightening and bring forth new insights and perspectives that will ultimately allow you to live the life you deserve. I work with my clients through several treatment modalities, such as client-centered and psychodynamic therapies. Treatment is welcoming, collaborative, and non-judgmental, so one feels heard and empowered to make positive changes. I also work with clients on events that occurred in childhood and assist in resolving them for good.
Personally, being a therapist is more than a career. It is a calling. It's always been in my nature to help and care for others in any capacity. You do not have to suffer alone. I invite you to reach out and take the first step toward your new life.
