I love working with youth 6 and older and adults. I have specialized training with Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma. I hold certifications in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Crisis Intervention.

Your life story is significant and filled with joys, sorrows, love, heartbreak, triumphs, and setbacks. You are the expert and author of your story and I view counseling as a professional editor. Counseling often brings forth positive Ripple Effects in your thoughts, relationships, goals, motivations, emotions, and behaviors. I utilize a variety of tools, based on your individual personality, situation and need. Everyone is unique and everyone deserves their own personalized approach to therapy.
