I am a bilingual therapist offering video sessions. I am dedicated to counseling individuals with anxiety, depression, and body image concerns; I also provide couples counseling.

My counseling style focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship and creating a safe space for clients to explore their feelings, thoughts, and perspectives. I work with clients to help them use their strengths to gain insight, build resilience, and work toward self-fulfillment.
