About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing services to clients in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Colorado. My objective is to establish a safe and secure environment for individuals who are exploring their mental health concerns and working towards modifying negative patterns of behavior and thinking
My aspiration to become a therapist took root during my adolescence when a close relative was diagnosed with Schizophrenia. Witnessing his journey and the inadequate treatment of individuals with mental health concerns fueled my determination to enter the mental health field. My mission is to provide every client with a secure space where their voice is heard. I adopt a personalized approach, tailoring plans to meet each client's unique needs. The overarching aim is to empower clients with the skills required to navigate daily life stressors. Through collaborative efforts, we can work towards achieving your goals, fostering inner peace, and prioritizing your happiness. I am committed to helping clients integrate insights gained in sessions into their daily lives, generating momentum and positive changes while aiding in the rediscovery of one's sense of self.
