Tina Roberts, LICSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and owner of Heart of Grace Counseling and Consulting PLLC. I am passionate about providing excellent clinical care in an environment that is compassionate and meets individuals as they are. My clients have experienced painful life situations. They struggle with PTSD, Anxiety, Depression and Traumatic Grief. They are seeking relief from emotional and psychological suffering. Through therapy, clients are able to overcome adversity and learn tools that transforms trauma into post-traumatic growth.

The first thing to know about me is that I love being a therapist and find it a great honor to walk beside clients on their journey towards healing and wellness. I use a variety of techniques and evidenced-based treatments tailored to each client's needs. I am EMDR Certified. EMDR is an evidenced-based treatment that is highly effective in helping people to recover from trauma and other difficult life experiences. I am also a Child Mental Health Specialist. My approach is warm, empathetic and strengths-based. Most sessions are a combination of exploration, processing and skill-building. Other evidence based-treatments I am trained in and utilize are CBT, TF-CBT, CPT, Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness.
