I know that finding and understanding the “true you” while trying to relate with others is a difficult process to do by alone. I can help! As a marriage and family therapist, I have provided therapy to a wide variety of individuals, couples, and families with mental health conditions, substance abuse, and PTSD. I also specialize in intimacy challenges, sexual problems and alternative sexualities.
I practice an individualized, eclectic approach to help you develop and enhance communication. I can provide you the tools to enhance your relationships with others through open and honest, communication while discovering yourself. Throughout the course of therapy, you will be empowered with the ability to express yourself and your boundaries maintain resiliency within yourself and in your relationships.I have an open and affirming therapeutic environment which supports your growth process by identifying, developing and implementing your goals.
