I have an experiential focused practice. I utilize play, games, art, and occasionally music in my practice. Much of my work is grounded in Gestalt, where I partner with clients to integrate their experiences to be their full selves. I have experience utilizing CBT and other trauma focused approaches. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship, as it sets the ground for encouraging growth.
I am a black male, who is originally from Atlanta, GA. I am a school counselor and also run an independent practice. I enjoy basketball, soccer, guitar, and trips to the great outdoors.
