About me
I am a caring and compassionate therapist, and I love my job! I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques to best serve the needs of my clients. Call me to schedule a free phone consultation. I am licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania. Offering in-office and virtual sessions.
It takes courage to start the journey towards healing, self-acceptance, and happiness. Each of us is shaped by our past. Sometimes early experiences follow us into the present and influence the way we feel about ourselves and the way we relate to others. We struggle to let our guard down and truly connect with others, whether it's an intimate partner or just friends. We may feel stuck in a failing relationship, difficult family situation, a bad job. Or we may have the life we thought we wanted, but still can't seem to find happiness. We are not who we want to be. And sadness, shame, and guilt hold us back from the life we want. Within a caring and supportive therapeutic relationship, I work with clients to develop greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and resilience. Together we work through issues and set goals to move towards a happier life. Ultimately clients feel better about themselves, better about their relationships, and have a renewed sense of purpose and fulfillment.
