Hello! I am an experienced licensed clinical counselor licensed to practice in Kentucky and Oklahoma. I am experienced in working with women who experience trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and race based trauma.

I utilize an eclectic approach when working with my clients. Therapy is not one size fits all and I work with my clients to create goals that will get them where they want to go. I enjoy using body based therapies such as sensorimotor, meditation, and EMDR but find talk therapy and solution focused therapies to be just as enjoyable and successful.
