I am a fun and dynamic clinical social worker specializing in helping working professionals in many fields including Mental Health, Teaching, Nursing, Law Enforcement and First responders.

Hello, I typically go by Teri, and I look forward to meeting you. I have had the distinct honor of supporting people in their mental health journey's for over 20 years. I love working with people individually and in groups and I am committed to helping people find value and purpose in their lives. Toxic stress, burnout, depression and anxiety is at an all-time high and I believe people should have a safe discreet and comfortable place to connect with their experiences and find ways to create the lives they want to live.
I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology and business from Chadron State College in 1997. I have worked in this community, since that time, helping others in a variety of agencies and started working in community mental health in 2003, I began my master's in social work in 2008 and completed in 2010. I achieved my initial license in social work in 2010 and became fully licensed in 2013. I am a practical and honest mental health provider and believe that people have what it takes to live satisfying lives.
