Evidenced based practices used could include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), or Seeking Safety. We may also use the Enneagram to help with self-discovery and relationships. Parenting support is also available including those with special needs children.
