I believe all people are worthy of respect and acceptance. Often, we face challenges in which creating change gets us "stuck." When we learn the power of having a safe place in which judgement and shame are not present, we begin to work on the issues which create our hurdles. We have all, at one time or another, reached a place in our lives in which we faced challenges, shame, and inability to move through a situation. We often spend time looking for "tape ad glue" until we realize that we are unable to always depend on short term fixes when we need long term solutions. I also believe that each individual has the ability to create these changes, and empower them to challenge their views in order to really see the "root" of the problem.
