I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping teen girls and young women reach their goals in the areas of anxiety, self-esteem, perfectionism, and eating disorders.

I’ve been there, and believe that anxiety does not have to interfere with you being and becoming your best self. I am certain that you can be equipped with the tools you need to meet your goals, build self-esteem, and work through the insecurities that interfere with your wellbeing. My specialty is doing just this with teen girls and women ages 13-35.

My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, so that you can grow and heal in a way that makes the most sense for you. My style is warm and caring, and I strive to create a space where you feel free to be completely yourself- maybe even laugh along the way! You deserve to feel confident and in control of your life.
