About me
I am a temporary Licensed Mental Health Counselor worked toward full licensure who is dedicated to working with children age 4-12 and adults needing assistance in coping with anxiety, depression, behaviors, life changes and relationships.
I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northern Illinois University and my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Loras College. I have been practicing under a temporary license since June 2021.
I utilize a relaxed approach to therapy to keep individuals at ease and look forward to the ability to assist in building resilient children and adults. If you or your child is struggling, please connect with me for further details. I utilize several therapeutic approaches including Person Centered, Play Therapy, Mindfulness Based Practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused therapeutic approaches in my work.
I am working to obtain my Registered Play Therapist (RPT) Certification along with my full licensure. If you or your child needs assistance in coping and managing emotions from life changes to relationships and boundaries, please reach out and connect with me.
