About me
I am passionate about working with children, teens and young adults. Specifically, I enjoy helping my clients navigate relationships, develop self-confidence and acceptance, and embrace life-transitions.
I believe my role as a therapist is to walk alongside you as you face your past hurts, engage in self exploration, and find true healing. This is why I value working collaboratively; I am prepared to work together toward achieving your therapy goals–even if you don’t have any idea what those are just yet!
I believe therapy is an integral part of gaining self awareness, personal growth, and fostering resilience. You know you’re struggling. Perhaps you’re in pain. Pain inflicted from others, perhaps self-inflicted pain, or likely both. But you are always, always worthy of love
