I am experienced trauma-informed therapist who implements a number therapeutic techniques in order to address the individual's unique story and mental health symptoms. I have worked with a variety of individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues including grief, trauma, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic illness, life transitions, and relationship issues. I also specialize in EMDR and Brainspotting to address the neurobiological impact of trauma.

I thrive most when developing a connection with others through the sharing of their unique and personal stories. I utilize a person-centered, and trauma-informed approach to support clients in addressing whatever roadblock might be preventing them from showing up as their most authentic selves.

I currently work with a variety of clients ranging from adolescence to older adulthood and specializes in treating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and complex trauma. My specialities include trauma focused methods such as EMDR and Brainspotting. I also incorporates a variety of other treatment methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to aid in helping individuals reach their goals.

When I am not working with clients, I enjoy frequenting local coffee shops, traveling, and taking my dog Ginny to the dog park. I look forward to meeting you!
