Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
I work with clients who are feeling disconnected from themselves and disengaged from their lives. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety and depression, disoriented by life transition, stuck in negative self-worth, or exhausted by relationship and familial issues - you do not have to untangle this experience alone. I currently work with teens, college students, and adults to identify the parts of themselves and their lives that are no longer serving them.
I am a mindfulness-based and body-oriented therapist who is passionate about helping clients feel connected to themselves. I believe that you are already whole and worthy. Our work together will seek to remove the parts that are blocking you from your fullest potential. Together, we will support nervous system regulation, build new coping skills, increase emotional and somatic awareness, rebuild and reintegrate the mind-body connection, and uncover what is holding negative thought and behavioral patterns in place. I practice from a strengths-based, person-centered, holistic approach and help clients learn how to take effective action and control in their lives. I use an integrative approach of CBT, mindfulness, body-based interventions, attachment theory, IFS, and PACT relationship therapy to support people as they move through hardships and begin to rediscover a deeper sense of meaning and purpose in their lives.
I believe that a deep dive into our most painful experiences is less frightening when done in the presence of a compassionate, supportive, and non-judgmental therapist. Despite your current struggles, you do not have to remain stuck. Whatever you need to feel alive and thrive is already within you and we will work together to uncover it.
