I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor who is dedicated to helping individuals and couples cope with depression, anxiety and stress.
Tatiana is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia, who earned her Bachelor's in Psychology at SUNY College of Old Westbury and her Master's in Mental Health Counseling at Capella University. Her background includes working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in both Inpatient and Outpatient settings. She has experience working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, family conflict and other challenges throughout one’s lifespan.
Tatiana utilizes Cognitive behavioral therapy and Solution focused approaches and techniques when working with clients. She believes that each client is an individual so each session is different and reflects the individual’s needs and strengths.
