Hi, my name is Tara and I have a passion for helping, supporting, and working with individuals and couples who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. My approach as a psychotherapist is depth orientated, meaning in sessions we will explore the patterns in thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, that may be keeping stuck, and the current and past experiences behind them. This helps to facilitate and create the self-awareness needed to make the changes you want to have a happier and more fulfilling life and relationships!
I am passionate about helping and supporting my client's find their own unique road to healing and in addition to talk therapy, I can give you tools that you can easily incorporate into your daily life to reduce stress and anxiety. These holistic tools come from the practices of mindfulness/meditation, yoga, and dreamwork. I believe the road to lasting healing utilizes a mind, body, spirit approach, and I will work with you to create your own individualized treatment plan.
