About me
I am a dedicated and flexible therapist helping individuals, of all ages, cope with a myriad of mental health issues and life stresses.
I have over 11 years of experience in the San Antonio and Greater San Antonio area. I have a person-centered approach with my clients. My treatment goals vary for each client. Some examples of my treatment modalities are CBT, DBT, ACT, TFT, and the Expressive Therapies. I see children, adolescents, individuals, families, couples, LGBTQ+. I have been trained and certified anger management for individuals and groups.
I live with my partner and two daughters. My home is often referred to as Noah's Ark. We currently have 3 dogs, 3 cats, 2 rabbits, and 9 chickens. I also feed and shelter any strays/ferals. I am a card carrying member of the Hufflepuff House and Hogwarts Alumna. I live in the same town in which I graduated high school. I am learning to speak Dutch, Spanish, and Sign Language. I love reading, listening to music, walking in nature with my puppers, and watching romantic comedies.
