I am a therapist of 20 years providing online individual therapy to women throughout California creating lasting change with struggles of codependency and people-pleasing, narcissistic and emotional abuse, anxiety, relational and attachment issues, learning to thrive as an empath or Highly Sensitive Person, life transitions, guilt, shame and learning to be assertive and set boundaries.

As an experienced therapist, I have valuable tools, expertise and knowledge in understanding how to help women feel greater confidence, joy and self-acceptance and have healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Realizing over a decade ago in my personal and professional life, that lasting change comes from healing emotional pain in our bodies, as well as our minds, I also focused on studying yoga, hypnosis, meditation and energy healing and led wellness retreats for women throughout the world. My approach and philosophy as a therapist is to help shift the thoughts, behaviors, and limiting ideas about yourself and your life that are keeping you stuck. I also work in helping you to better understand your body and how it connects to the way you feel. Old traumas and emotional wounds can get "trapped" in our bodies and affect our current lives in ways we may not understand. By healing these things in a safe and supportive environment with someone who knows how to guide you through it, you can experience lasting change in your life.
