About me
Welcome! I'm Tana and I work with adults and teens to overcome and cope with stress, anxiety, panic, depression, and PTSD. I believe good therapy starts with trust, compassion, and a strong therapeutic relationship. Let's face it, if you don’t at least ‘kind of’ like your therapist it’s not going to work. That's why I focus on making sure I’m the best fit for you and that I spend the time to really understand your goals and your experience. I want you to feel understood, and empowered while we work together to give you the right tools and insight to make positive changes in your life, your relationships, or your career.
Let's find what works for you! I offer an integrative approach to therapy to suit each individual's needs. I am trained in Attachment-Focused EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Experiencing.
