Women are often the shock absorbers of society, having multiple roles and many spoken and unspoken responsibilities in life. We can help to find YOU among your roles and help you flourish. Men are often not taught healthy emotional expression--expected to hide all feelings. Children and adolescents are facing very difficult issues in our culture. Couples are faced with multiple challenges in our digitally-guided and media saturated world. Unspoken societal pressure urges families to be achieving, going, moving, and doing all of the time. All of these pressures can lead to fractured relationships and loss of self.

Together, we can work toward growth, peace, emotional regulation, better relationships, and positive-psychology educated and informed lives.
