About me
I am an experienced psychotherapist dedicated to helping children and teenagers ages 2-19 who are neurodiverse and/or on the autism spectrum manage anxiety, depression, anger, and sensory overload.
I provide individual, family, and group counseling for children and teens who are neurodiverse and/or on the autism spectrum. I also provide therapeutic and supportive parenting groups to help primary caregivers learn ways to help their children manage symptoms related to difficult emotions, sensory overload, and meltdowns.
