About me
I am an Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC) dedicated to helping clients cope with trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, boundaries, and family issues.
I offer one-on-one, face-to-face counseling sessions to clients of all ages. I graduated with my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Oakland University. Completed my internship and worked with a non-profit specializing in substance use and mental health. I am compassionate and eager to listen and offer guidance where appropriate. I use a person-centered approach with motivational interviewing as I strongly believe the client is the best expert of their own self but needs a safe place to process the past experiences and current struggles.
