I’m devoted to helping people recognize what kind of life they want to lead, to guide them in achieving the mindset for making that happen. I had a difficult childhood and adolescence, growing up in foster care. I had my first encounter with therapy at age 14. More importantly, as an adult, the interpersonal work that I’ve done over the years has been instrumental in working through my own shit.

I believe that continued growth work is crucial. I’m committed to this both personally and professionally. To help you with your struggles, I feel that it’s imperative to know what it’s like to sit on the other side of the virtual couch so to speak.
