Hello, thank you for taking the time to visit my page. I specialize in working with clients who have suffered severe trauma. Utilizing sensorimotor techniques that have been proven to help ease the symptoms of PTSD. I also have a passion in working with health care professionals helping them to build resilience. Many times, we feel like we should be able to just "pull through" but can never seem to truly feel better. I will honor your courage to ask for help. Clients that I have worked with in the past have stated that I am easy to talk to and that they feel they can discuss most any issue in their life free from judgement with me.
I have worked as a therapist for almost 20 years, and I truly believe that the path to not just "feeling better" but to feeling truly joyful is best walked with an honest and supportive confidant.
