I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker looking forward to helping you on your journey of wellness and healing from depression, anxiety, trauma, and interpersonal stressors.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, located in Houston, TX and I am providing online therapy services. I received a Masters in Social Work from Louisiana State University in 2001. I have over 20 years of experience, in multiple settings, providing individual, group, and family therapy. I work with clients struggling with trauma, codependency, depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, life transitions, and interpersonal conflicts. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment, conducive to healing and personal growth. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and unique to each individual, with the development of an individualized treatment plan and approach.
I use a variety of treatment modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Processing for Trauma. I have experience working with adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations with a variety of issues.
Together, we will explore stressors, conflicts, and unresolved wounds, and work on increased awareness, healing, and development of cognitive and behavioral tools needed to facilitate change. We will work towards improving your quality of life and achieving personal growth, resolution of problems, and overall wellness.
