I help others better understand themselves by unpacking beliefs and patterns that impact how they view life. We greet emotions with compassion and curiosity. We explore how life experiences shaped who you are today. Together, we can change your relationship with the past so you are no longer held back by old experiences and versions of you.

My therapy style is influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS) "parts work" (Level 1 trained), psychodynamic, insight oriented, and person centered.
