About me
The focus of my work has been with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, parenting, relationships, career changes, and more.
I work from an eclectic style that combines solution focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. I also enjoy teaching and utilizing meditation and deep breathing techniques during sessions. My counseling style is warm and I enjoy using humor and my personality to create a more inviting space for my clients.
I am here to support and empower you to make the steps for a better life for you. I will make it a priority to include your desires in creating a plan for you to succeed.
