I am an experienced clinical psychologist who is dedicated to helping adults, children, and families thrive.
Hello, I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Kentucky. I own and operate my own private practice in Jeffersonville Ky. I love working with both adults and children. Currently, I am focused on primarily depression, anxiety, and family struggles. However, I was trained to identify and engage in many disorders including schizophrenia, bipolar, anger, marital discord, ADHD, ODD, etc. My approach is Cognitive Behavioral based however, I utilize concepts and tools from a variety of theoretical practices. I enjoy meeting and getting an overall sense of my clients during the intake appointment. I prefer to allow my clients to identify their goals in therapy and to assist each in learning how to attain those goals. The sessions are typically 45 minutes in length, though my intakes are 90 minutes and marriage counseling may be from 45 to 90 minutes. This allows my clients to explore their daily struggles, focus on their goals, and build a plan for the next session without feeling rushed or constrained.
