About me
I'm an associate therapist who is passionate about working with children, teens, and adults in all walks of life.
Life can be stressful and it helps having someone come alongside to offer support, guidance, and help. I know how impactful that support can be, and I strive to offer a safe and collaborative space to help process life's hurdles. Whether it's depression, anxiety, life transition, or something else, I would love to help.
I have worked at a nonprofit clinic in downtown Oakland for several years, during which I've supported people in crisis, assisted those struggling with strained relationships, and offered guidance through difficult seasons. Before my journey into counseling, I spent several years on staff in the creative arts at a church, where I developed a deep appreciation for the power of storytelling, empathy, and community.
I grew up in San Francisco and love the fog and a good cup of coffee. I'm committed to helping clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate challenges and embrace personal growth.
