About me
I am an experienced counselor committed to helping youth and adults deal with trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting, behavioral issues, and life transitions.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 28 years of experience working with children, adults and families to enhance relationships and personal well-being. I enjoy working with youth and adults and use a client-centered approach to address anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. In addition to talk therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Emotional Free Therapy (EFT), music and art therapy techniques, guided imagery, Mindfulness and relaxation, emotional regulation, Brainspotting (BSP), Play Therapy, Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) are some of the ways I create a safe and compassionate atmosphere to help heal the stresses that we all feel at times.
