Great to meet you!
I am a NYS licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) providing therapy and care management services to adults for more than 30 years. I have vast experience working with clients facing adjustment to major life changes, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, separation and divorce, self-esteem issues, past trauma and so much more. I believe in building a therapeutic alliance with my clients and providing a safe space. Let us work on your healing journey together.

Because of my personal and professional experience, I will partner with you to work on your specific needs. We will work together in identifying your strengths, goals and objectives. We will fully engage in the process together and implement an action plan that will see your vision of SELF come to fruition.

What you can expect from our first session
I want to know about you and what you hope to get out of our time together. If you are feeling stuck in your career, addressing health issues, dealing with relationships in crisis , address a trauma past and need direction to address these painful areas of your life we will work those painful parts too. In our upcoming sessions, we will explore and identify some self-care strategies, time management skills that are specific to your needs, and dive into those areas that have left you tired and overwhelmed. You can finally have a sigh of relief knowing that you have a safe place for you.
