Susanne Ebert-Khosla, LMFT

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who works with a culturally diverse population of individual adults and couples to help them resolve their inner struggles that keep them stuck, and become the authentic person they always wanted to be.

Life experiences shape who we are and influence how we see the world and people around us. Certain experiences can get in the way of us fulfilling our deepest longings, hopes and dreams, and of being the confident and happy person we always wanted to be. I work with clients who may be struggling with interpersonal conflict, anger, divorce, depression, anxiety, panic, low self-esteem, procrastination, unexplained somatic symptoms, trauma, grief or loss. I am here to help you resolve the challenges that make your life so miserable. Together, we will find the path to a more satisfying and fulfilling life for you.

My primary modality is Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), an evidence-based psychotherapy approach which helps you fully feel your emotions so that you can heal from unresolved past traumatic or painful experiences and emotional wounds. For couples, I offer research and attachment based Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

We work together as a team to slowly uncover the difficulties that hold you back. My approach is warm, empathic, collaborative, supportive and attachment based. I provide you with the safe and secure space in which you can explore and resolve your inner struggles so that you can become the authentic person you were always meant to be. That's why I am here!
