About me
My expertise includes over 20 years working with military, teens, families with special needs, stress and anxiety, career, and transition issues, and those healing from deep hurts and trauma.
Hurting, feeling alone, hopeless, helpless, or overwhelmed? Unsure what to do next or facing a life transition? Trying to hold it all together or just feeling stuck? You’re not alone. Using a combination of warmth, directness, and respectful humor, I will collaborate with you to help you understand what is contributing to your challenges, clarify your thoughts and feelings, help you learn strategies to move toward the life you want.
My approach is trauma- informed and solution-focused. I build on your strengths, and treatment is directed toward your goals.
If you are seeking someone who will listen and walk with you on your journey, who will be a safe and caring space to help you understand the ways your experiences have effected who you are and how you move through the world, I may be a good fit for you. Call me today for a free consultation.
