I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). I have a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a Specialization in Counseling. I have been working in the field of mental health services for 15+ years. I work with individuals who experience a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, isolation, conflict and grief/loss.
My approach to therapy involves creating a collaborative, strength-based space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I strive to build a supportive environment that empowers you to develop new tools, allowing you to make the long-lasting changes you want.
Every person has unique needs and circumstances, so I tailor my therapeutic approach specifically to you. Some of the modalities that I utilize includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution focused therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mind/Body Therapies.
I understand that sometimes it can be extremely difficult to take the first step towards change. I will provide you a safe and non-judgmental space to take that step. We will work together to navigate your challenges, learn new skills and develop a renewed confidence and happiness in life.
