About me
I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping clients find life-affirming solutions to the challenges we all experience.

Or are you feeling the discomfort of change and the challenges of growth that are parts of natural, healthy living? I can help you navigate issues relating to "adulting," career, retirement, loss, and aging. I will provide a non-judgmental presence to support you as you grow from who you are now to the person you will become.
My goal is to help you find the healing, meaning, and happiness that will leave you stronger and more resilient. I use an integrative psychological approach and draw from a variety of resources to find what works best for you. To make sure that we are a good fit with each other, I provide a free 15-20 minute telephone consultation.
I work with individual clients, 18+ years old. If you do not have insurance, my self-pay rate is $150/hour. I do offer a sliding fee scale for a limited number of clients.
