I am a therapist that specializes in the treatment of Eating Disorders and Body Dysmorphia. I help females from age 15 through Senior Citizens. I am licensed in both NY and FL and am certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I am also a Certified Integrated Mental Health Professional (CIMHP)

I have been successful in treatment clients who struggle with Eating Disorders and Body Dysmorphia. I also work with clients who struggle with Mood Disorders including Anxiety and Depression, Personality Disorders such as Borderline Personality Disorder as well as helping clients heal from trauma. I am an eclectic therapist that pulls from various evidence-based treatment methods to treat my client as an individual, not a diagnosis. Some treatment protocols I use include CBT, DBT, Exposure Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). For my clients who have a history of trauma, I work with Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I believe in accountability as well as making sure that my clients have a clear understanding as to how they can practice what we talk about inside of session out in the real world. I believe in empowering my clients to be able to have a robust toolbox to help them deal with the world outside of the therapy session.
