About me
I received my MSW from Loyola University Chicago after completing my BA degrees in Psychology and Sociology. My approaches include, but are not limited to, CBT, mindfulness, solution focused, strength-based and play therapies. I have used these skills in treating anxiety, depression, phobias, emotional regulation, trauma, and social integration.
I believe in providing empathetic care and guidance through a collaborative therapeutic relationship by navigating the unique experiences that influence each client’s life. I have experience with diverse ages of children, teens, adults, and seniors. I have worked with children and adults with disabilities as well as their caregivers. As a mother of two adult children, I understand balancing life struggles while parenting. I am here to work with you to help you find what works best for you. I provide therapy services in the office or through Telehealth and primarily serve Chicago, Evanston, Wilmette, Skokie, Northbrook, and Winnetka.
