Stephanie Sicard

I have 21 years of experience working with adults and children to address a range of issues including anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, grief and loss, divorce, relationship issues, body image issues, trauma and attachment issues. I work with clients in both a supportive and collaborative capacity to help them develop tools and coping strategies that they can sustain over time. I believe that establishing a safe and trusting environment is essential to a building a strong therapeutic relationship and I strive to provide this to each of my clients.

I use combination of talk therapy, CBT, strengths based therapy and mindfulness to help clients to gain insight and understanding regarding their emotional and behavioral issues to develop long term coping strategies. I believe that each individual is unique with their own set of experiences and as such I aim to cater to your individual needs. I am passionate about helping others to become the most empowered, confident and happy version of themselves. Everyone has their own personal issues and struggles and I provide a safe and supportive therapeutic environment to discuss and address these issues.
