About me
I am a Bilingual (English and Spanish-speaking) clinician with over 5 years of experience working with diverse populations. I have experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideations, life transitions, bereavement, etc. I believe it is important to feel both seen and heard in therapy. I utilize a unique blend of person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral treatment (CBT), motivational interviewing, solution-focused, and reality-based modalities with individuals and families.
My goal as a clinician is to heal, nurture, and promote emotional wellness within my clients. I provide a warm, non-judgmental approach to help reframe and rewrite my client's story
